The evocatively named Cragganmore was founded by iconic distiller, John Smith, in 1869. Clearly the man knew a thing or two and – designing his own strange, flat-topped stills – created a malt renowned to this day for its uniquely intense, complex aroma, and smoky-sweet flavour.
